Exceptions

Clearly personalised goods may fall within an exception. Immediate supply of digital content before the period ends requires express consent and acknowledgement of loss of the right where the legal conditions are met.

How to exercise the right

Send an unambiguous statement including your name and address, order number, product concerned, order or receipt date and your decision to withdraw.
