Orders and payment

Product features, prices and availability are shown on each product page. Orders become firm after payment validation.

Digital products

Paid software is downloaded from My Account and uses a personal licence for up to two active devices. Immediate supply before the withdrawal period ends requires the express consent requested at checkout when legally applicable.

Wood products

Historical creations may be shown without being purchasable. A physical product becomes purchasable only after real availability and lead time have been entered. Workshop pickup may be offered; home delivery is enabled only with a real price shown before ordering.

Withdrawal and guarantees

The statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies to distance sales subject to legal exceptions, including certain clearly personalised goods and certain immediately supplied digital content. Applicable statutory guarantees remain in force.
